Shift: M-F, 1st Shift (7am-4:30pm) & 2nd Shift (3pm-11:30pm)
Pay: $14 - $14.50
This position is in a refrigerated environment consistently at or below 32 degrees.
Job Summary: The equipment operator will need to have experience driving sit-down and stand-up forklifts, and other industrial vehicles such as cherry-pickers and automated pallet jacks as needed.
Qualifications:
* High School diploma or GED equivalent* Proficiency in using forklifts and automated pallet jacks* Ability to work independently or as part of a team* Physical ability to perform lifting, climbing, and other manual labor tasks as needed
Responsibilities:
* Maintains clean work area.* Pallet building and pallet picks.* Ensures the safe and efficient movement of goods.* Follows safety regulations and company guidelines.* Checks that loads are centered and properly stacked.* Loads and unloads product.* Shrink wraps goods or otherwise secures them and prepares them for transport.
