Adecco is currently assisting a local client in hiring Packers in Northbridge, MA. This position is a 1st shift opportunity working from Monday to Friday from 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM at a pay rate of $16.75 per hour. This position is temp-to-hire.

Packers will pack finished products obtained from the production department and prep them for shipping.

Requirements:

• High School diploma; must be able to do simple math.
• 3-6 months' experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Frequently required to stand and walk during an 8-hour shift.
• Frequently required to reach, bend, squat, stretch, and twist.

• Will lift and/or carry bulky objects weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Must be able to work efficiently and repetitively with hands and have physical strength, stamina, and coordination to perform duties.
• Must be available to work overtime as necessary.

• Will work in a dusty and sometimes wet environment as well as cold/hot/humid areas based on the seasons.

Responsibilities:

• Completes "Operator Production/Quality Report," packing report, worksheets and/or "special" customer requirement inspection forms where required.
• Maintains good housekeeping and assures a neat and organized work area at all times.
• May assist others with less experience in a position.
• Perform other duties as required by Supervisor requiring the same skills.

Pay Details: $16.75 per hour
