Manager in Training:
Pinnacle Partners has partnered with a company in greater Indianapolis, in search of a Manager in Training. This position offers a managerial training program to allow candidates to prosper and grow within the company. Retail or restaurant experience is preferred. Additional information on the position is below:
Responsibilities:
-Provide energy and positivity throughout the day.
-Become well-versed in all areas of the business, performing daily duties as needed.
-Greet customers with friendliness and assist them with needs.
-Help with any issues that arise with both equipment and customers.
-Ensure employees are performing job functions to the best of their ability.
-Assist the managers with tasks as needed.
-Ensure production runs smoothly from start to finish.
Requirements:
-Excellent customer service skills.
-The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
-The ability to work some late shifts and weekend shifts.
-The ability to be a team player and help out where needed.
Hours:
-Early, mid, and late shifts with hours ranging from 5:30 AM-9:30 PM
-Weekend work is required every other weekend.
Pay:
-$50,000-$60,000/year depending on experience.
