Trademark Docket Specialist with TTAB experience is needed for a growing national law firm. The trademark docket specialist is responsible for coordinating all aspects of IP docketing for U.S. and international IP portfolios related to trademarks, patents, and domain names, with a focus on trademark matters.
Responsibilities include:
- Processing and recording trademark documents
- Preparing and filing trademark applications
- Tracking deadlines for renewals and oppositions.
- Monitoring, reviewing, and extracting information from trademark offices, local counsel, staff, and clients globally for entry into docketing database
The ideal candidate should have experience in handling trademark matters before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) and in using electronic databases for trademark docketing. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
