About the Role
Our client is hiring an ambitious and strategic real estate associate with 1 to 5 years of experience in the following areas (ideally from an Am Law 200 or elite boutique):
- Transactions and financings
- Land use and development
- Commercial leasing
- Representation of both sellers and purchasers, landlords and tenants, municipalities and corporations
Compensation
A good faith estimate of the base compensation range for candidates with the posted years of experience is $185,000- $235,000. This position is fully benefitted and bonus-eligible.
