What You'll Do:
- Provide wet lab support for in-silico/ machine-learning guided design within the group.
- Work with cell culture, robotics, and general laboratory equipment.
- Work independently and be able to troubleshoot experimental procedures.
- Work in a highly matrixed environment and support multiple projects at the same time.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution with three-plus (3+) years of experience in related scientific discipline or Master's Degree from an accredited institution in related scientific discipline or equivalent experience in related field.
- Familiarity and hands on experience with protein expression and purification.
- Practical experience with protein characterization using biophysical assays is highly desirable.
- Experience with general molecular biology techniques such as PCR, vector cloning (infusion, gibson and golden gate), and construct design is a plus.
