ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT


Job Details

The Administrative Assistant works directly with the Division Chief in supporting the administrative needs of the Division, including managing workflow to ensure the timely completion of projects; overseeing office procedures and protocols; tracking cases; compiling records; coordinating with health care experts; and assisting in the development, implementation, and presentation of Health Care Division (HCD) priorities. The Administrative Assistant reviews all external correspondence received by HCD for appropriate action and serves as HCD's contact for divisions across the office, including the Human Resources, General Counsel, IT, Budget, and Operations Divisions, and other Executive Bureau staff. The Administrative Assistant provides direct support to the Division Chief, including conducting research, preparing reports and correspondence, managing schedules, and responding to telephone calls and also works directly with Assistant Attorneys General, Mediators, and others.
