As our Concierge, you will surpass our guest s aspirations, making their experience special right from the start and ensuring all guests feel welcome. By demonstrating an inherent understanding of guest needs, you will gracefully deliver excellent standards in service and hospitality within the Village.
What you will be doing
- Living the Value Retail Vision for world class Hospitality and Service, welcoming guests to the Village and anticipating guests needs in an effortless manner.
- Assisting guests with their travel arrangements, as well as wider tourism and hospitality offerings, including booking live entertainment, sightseeing tours, cinema ticket and restaurant reservations.
- Informing guests of brand promotions, unique activations and the Village s added services, such as valet parking and baggage drop
- Proactively providing feedback and suggestions on the delivery of Hospitality or our services, with enhancement of the guest experience always top of mind

- A proven track record of exemplary success in Hospitality, Premium Customer/Guest Services or Tourism

- Fluency in English; any additional languages would be beneficial
- Ability to prioritize and to adapt to change fluidly
