EEO Attorney - Fully Remote

Intelligence Federal is a fast-growing Federal contracting company, seeking an experienced Attorney with litigation experience and sound judgment to support a high-profile federal government agency on EEO (Equal Employment Opportunity) cases. The attorney will assist in the litigation of program civil rights complaints.

Location: REMOTE

JOB DUTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Prehearing docketing and case management for federal agency's EEO cases
• Assemble all necessary evidence and reports
• In court work including hearing presentation
• Handle post-hearing briefings and appeals
• Conduct legal research and editing
• Review facts and case law

SECURITY CLEARANCE LEVEL

• Must be able to obtain and maintain an active Public Trust Clearance
• Must be a US Citizen
• Remote work must be conducted within the United States or its territories

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• JD required
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a lawyer, including a at least two (2) years of Federal sector work experience as a federal employee or contractor
• Must have experience dealing with or working on EEOC cases including successful dispositions before that body
• Should have exceptional writing skills as well as adept at legal research and legal editing
• Proficiency in completing tasks on a computer, which includes having a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Must be able to provide references and a writing sample during interview process
