Maintains and installs equipment, troubleshoots machines and makes repairs to the facility.- Also responsible for other duties as assigned and determined by business needs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes the following; other duties may be assigned) : Safely performs machine repair and troubleshooting using OSHA and Saint-Gobain standards.- Make repairs or fabricate equipment. Disassemble production machinery and plant equipment to locate defective parts. Remove and replace defective parts such as bushings, bearings, shafts, arbors, filters, pumps, gears and motors. Reassemble production machinery and check manufactured parts to assure conformance to product specifications and proper functioning of equipment. Perform repairs using the tools necessary to complete the task anywhere on the property.
