Basic Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field. Also requires 8+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 6 years of job-related experience. Agile experience preferred.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities for this Position

As a System Integration Subject Matter Expert supporting the Missile Defense System, you'll be a member of a cross functional team responsible for assisting software development personnel with the investigation and resolution of issues; develop configurations to support test and prototypes of developing systems; creating and modifying scripts to perform data analysis of input, internal, and output message data. The successful candidate will also be troubleshooting both test and prototype issues; develop troubleshooting procedures and work-around documents; review and provide feedback of system specifications, development, test, network documents as necessary, and represent the Integration team.

  • Previous experience as a Software Tester/Integrator
  • Hands-on experience with DoD integration processes, Agile and DevOps methodologies and automated test tools
  • Experience developing scripts in Ansible
  • Knowledge of Containerized Virtual Environments
  • Experience with Windows Server and PowerShell scripting
  • Experience setting up, configuring and maintaining databases

Workplace Options:
This position is fully onsite at Schriever Space Force Base.

While on-site, you will be a part of the GDMS team supporting our Missile Defense customer.

Target salary range: USD $139,567.40/Yr. - USD $154,832.60/Yr. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.
