NTT DATA Services currently seek Mail Processorsto join our team in Scottsdale, AZ. This is a fully onsite role.
In search of a machine operator for production printers.The job scope is working within the corporate mailroom performing Digital printing on large production class printers. If you have the ability to balance compassion and kindness with professionalism and customer service, you will thrive in this position.
Role Responsibilities
-Folding & inserting into various envelopes on large class inserter machines and perform other mail room functions throughout the day in a fast-paced environment to meet a very sensitive time schedule. -Verify print jobs based on the documentation received, print, insert, postage stamp and communication completion within a very defined time frame.
Required Skills/Experience
1+ years in print or mail room setting
- 1+ years using Microsoft business software (Excel, PDF & Outlook) in a business setting.
- Ability to lift up-to 50 pounds and to stand the majority of the day
Hours: Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:00pm
Education: Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required
