The Materials Department serves Full Sail students and employees by providing comprehensive, attentive services for procurement and delivery of essential materials. Our goal is to maximize the University's use of resources and technology by harnessing the power of logistics and to empower those we serve as they progress towards educational and professional dreams. We endeavor to support our organization's objective of providing innovative leadership in education. Materials Agents oversee the physical and digital material distributions to students and staff to ensure timely achievement of objectives, productivity and accuracy in a framework of safety.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Full-time, Monday - Friday, available to work occasional weekends

* Maintains an accurate inventory of all issued materials and keeps detailed records of all operational activities for proper accountability and further reporting

* Communicates effectively with other team members, users and management.

* Operate the daily materials distribution process, including preparation activities for shipping, assessing stock availability, and roster reporting.

* Perform other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience:

* Associates degree or high school diploma with equivalent combination of training and experience.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

* N/A

Computer/Equipment Skills:

* Extensive understanding of Microsoft Office solutions

Environmental Factors/Physical Demands:

* Physical ability, able to walk or stand for long periods of time

* Pallet Jack use experience

* Be able to lift, push or pull packages more than 50 to 60 pounds repetitively, on an ongoing daily basis

* Ability to travel to other campus locations
