The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality within a corporate setting and will be responsible for setting up and breaking down meeting rooms, liaising with staff and visitors, and managing catering for special events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and break down meeting rooms for various events and trainings
- Liaise with staff, visitors, and guests to ensure all needs are met
- Order and manage catering services for special events
- Check in visitors and guests, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience
- Maintain a professional presence and deliver excellent customer service at all times
- Assist with other duties as needed to support the hospitality and administrative functions of the office
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required; a Bachelor s degree in Business or a related field is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role or in a role with transferable skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- A hospitality-driven mindset with a focus on providing outstanding customer service
- Professional appearance and demeanor
