Great PA Psychiatry opportunity for Vacancy/Perm Search
coverage starting ASAP and ongoing.
One provider requested.
Inpatient - Acute Psych unit/institute, Long-term Psych
Facility, Sub-acute unity/residential
Scheduled Clinical Hours + Beeper Call
Dates Needed:
July 7-12
July 22-26
July 29 - August 9
Ongoing need
Shift: Mon. - Fri. 8a-5p
Call: 102 days per week; 3 days on occasion
Possible weekend call needed.
Call Response: 25 min.
Daily ave. Consults: 3-5; Follow-ups 5-6
Ave. Call #s Per 24 Hrs:
Phone Consults: 2-4
Pt. Seen: 10-15
Inpatient unit - 29 beds, census currently capped at 21
On call weekdays by phone from 5 pm until 8 am the
following morning.
On call weekends round on psychiatric units and see
new consultations in the ED and Med/Surg on Saturday
and Sunday.
Both Rounding
Mid-levels assist with new evals & summaries.
Trauma Level 1 Facility
No teaching or supervision required.
EMR: EPIC
Expenses covered, weekly pay and Occurrence Form
Malpractice insurance provided.
