Day To Day Responsbilities:
  • Work to resolve help desk and IT related issues
  • Resolve help desk tickets including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Perform user administration duties.
  • Set up and maintain conference rooms for large corporate gatherings
  • Resolving technical queries & issues
  • Providing technical recommendations
  • Tier 2 level support for end users

Must Have:
  • Excellent soft skills, someone who is dependable, passionate about helping others
  • The ability to switch tasks easily
  • Background in customer relations related to technical troubleshooting
  • Minimum of 4 years working as an experienced IT desktop support technician
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
  • Knowledge of remote desktop support systems including TeamViewer
  • Familiarity with networking systems & protocols

Nice To Have:
  • Experience with Systems - troubleshooting
  • Experience with MS Teams - troubleshooting
