Location: 145 Steele Point Dr., Fort Mill, SC, 29708
Pay: $19.69 per hour, depending on experience
Shift:Tuesday - Saturday from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM or end of sort, as determined by management. Hours subject to change based on the needs of the business
Employment Logistics:As a Supervisor for OnTrac, your leadership is essential in guiding a team of dedicated warehouse staff toward achieving daily targets and maintaining high standards of productivity, accuracy, and safety.

The Must-Haves: - High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required; college degree preferred
- 3-5 years of demonstrated leadership experience, highly desired
- Industry experience; or less with military experience
- Prior last-mile and/or small parcel experience preferred
- Intermediate computer and math skills utilizing Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Your Mission in Motion:- Develop and implement procedures that optimize warehouse time and efficiencies
- Create work policies to enhance safety and time management
- Ensure local and corporate KPI's are being met while providing senior management with timely operational reviews and reports
- Directly supervise employees; including hiring, training, developing, and disciplining of employees
