JOB SUMMARY
Assitsts Welcome & Information Centers management team by rounding on responsible areas, greeting and assisting patients and visitors, and facilitating the response to customer concerns.
DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Overall performance rating of below indicated essential job duties:
Scheduling for the Welcome and Information Center.
Ensures department has adequate coverage to meet the needs of customers and team members.
Reviews with team, customer satisfaction results and tracks trends if necessary.
Processes payroll for bi-weekly direct deposit vouchers.
Coordinates with Welcome & Information Centers management team for monthly team meetings.
Composes and types routine correspondence to team members and coordinating departments.
Utilizes and manages e-visitor system, ARC, Everbridge, House Calls Pro, and other programs utilized by the department.
EDUCATION/LICENSE/CERTIFICATION/OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Minimum requirement:
Associates Degree or three years related experience
Advanced computer skills
Ability to type 35 cwpm
Preferred qualifications:
WORKING ENVIRONMENT
Works indoors in an office/clinic setting
The noise level is usually moderate
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Constantly required to maintain a stationary position behind a computer.
Frequently required to move about inside the department.
Constantly required to communicate telephonically and face to face with colleagues and customers.
Constantly required to operate a computer and telephone.
Constantly required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
Frequently required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
