Human Resources Information System Administrator


Job Details

The HRIS Administrator will play a crucial role in managing data integrity of the ADP system. This position includes the daily management of the HRIS, documentation of data action processes, identification, and resolution of data integrity gaps, and executing data transactions such as hires, terminations, status changes, pay changes, and other actions.

Job Responsibilities

Data Management and Integrity

  • Complete daily actions including hires, terminations, pay changes, and status changes.
  • Administer and maintain the ADP system to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Adhere to data standards to ensure all actions in system follow same SOP for data capture.
  • Process mass uploads in accordance with data integrity standards.


Process Optimization

  • Analyze existing processes in the HRIS platform to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
  • Utilize technology to simplify processes and provide efficient and user-friendly solutions to the HR team.
  • Document existing HR processes related to the ADP system and create user guides for clarity.



Qualifications


  • BA/BS Degree or master s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field:
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in ADP.
  • Experience in system integration, data migration, and knowledge of compliance requirements related to HR systems.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts and drive projects with a proactive attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Physical and Mental Requirements

Must be able to:

  • Ascend and descend stairs.
  • Alternate between standing, sitting, Crawling, kneeling, Crouching/stooping.
  • Respond quickly to sounds.
  • Lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
  • Move quickly to respond to emergency situations.
  • Occasionally reach overhead or below.
  • Alternate between sitting, walking, standing, and speaking.


Must be able to:

  • Learn, remember, focus, categorize, and integrate information for decision making, problem-solving, and comprehending.
  • Learn, memorize, and execute tasks independently.
  • Maintain concentration/focus on tasks.
