Job Details

#x 9; Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to install and maintain complex equipment. Travel to client sites approximately 30% of the time for installations, repairs, and support. Utilize mechanical and electrical prints to assemble, analyze, test, and troubleshoot equipment. Diagnose and repair systems, ensuring they meet customer specifications and support profitability. Provide technical support to customers, including troubleshooting over the phone and on-site repairs or upgrades. Conduct equipment installations, reassembly, and testing at customer locations. Train equipment operators and maintenance personnel on machine operations and troubleshooting techniques. Perform testing of customer products, ensuring they meet required specifications. Complete job-related paperwork, such as time scanning and providing information to engineering. Offer remote support to customers and field salespeople.
