Our client is seeking an Agronomy Sales Representative to join their team in Mitchell, SD. They are a full-service agricultural cooperative that offers services such as crop protection, fertility, and application services. This role will execute sales plans to achieve sales goals and increase profitability through implementation of sales, marketing and consulting processes for products and services. Travel is listed as 70% due to this being an outside sales role. All travel is local within SD (no more than 75 mile radius from Mitchell, SD office). There is no overnight travel required. Will be reimbursed for mileage and there is the opportunity to use a company vehicle for traveling.

Responsibilities
Execute sales plans to achieve sales goals and increase profitability through implementation of sales, marketing and consulting processes for products and services.
Evaluate current customer programs and develop sales and marketing plans and programs to meet complex business needs while growing the business.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, distribution, operations, technical staff, and credit to heighten the visibility and impact of sales calls and improve efficiency and profitability.
