Combustion Controls Technician.
DIRECT HIRE
$20-25 DOE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Install and commission industrial burners.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose burner related issues.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Calibrate and adjust burners for optimal performance.
- Conduct safety checks and compliance with regulations.
- Upgrade and retrofit existing burner systems for improved efficiency and emissions control.
- Collaborate with engineers and facility managers to design and implement burner systems for specific industrial processes.
- Remain up to date with industry standards and technological advancements in burner technology.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong understanding of combustion principles, control systems and safety protocols.
- Advanced mathematics, science, and mechanical skills.
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- HVAC, combustion system, or related degree or certificate or equivalent experience of 5+ years.
