As the Business Systems Manager, you will be responsible for leading, inspiring, and developing a team dedicated to the strategy, execution, and maintenance of customer service and finance applications within an agile environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Your talents, skills and experiences will be used as building blocks as you:

  • Build and manage capabilities for our ERP, payment, and contact center capabilities
  • Leverage an agile mindset to manage and deliver upon business requirements and timelines
  • Challenge the status quo as a change leader by bringing teams together, focusing on shared goals
  • Responsible for proactively engaging with internal cross functional teams to understand system utilization, strategic technology needs, data management, reporting requirements, issue identification and management, and system interconnectivity.
  • Conducts business process evaluations to gain technical knowledge of business requirements.
  • Evaluate multiple options and recommend the best course of action based on requirements coverage and effort required.
  • Oversee release management and coordinate internal testing and acceptance.
  • Create training resources and conduct system training, as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned


QUALIFICATIONS / KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES


Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Masters in a technical and/or management field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, etc.).
  • 5+ years experience managing, scoping, and delivering financial, payment, and customer service systems
  • 5+ years of experience in ecommerce retail organizations
  • Collaborative leader with a passion for developing others
  • Strong sense of ownership and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical details across a variety of audiences


Desired Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of software engineering methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and ERP capabilities
  • Experience migrating an ERP from Oracle EBS to Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Ability to function in the role as a product owner/scrum master/project/program manager when required
