Position: Field Service Technician
As a Field Service Technician, you'll leverage your technical, electrical, and mechanical skills to assist customers with our clients machinery and equipment. Projects You'll Work On:
- Install, start-up, and operate equipment.
- Provide detailed reports on work performed, issues encountered, and customer feedback.
- Suggest improvements to enhance product operation and reliability.
- Develop positive relationships with customers, offering support and troubleshooting advice.
- Train customers and fellow Field Service Representatives on equipment use, operation, and maintenance.
- Maintain demo equipment for presentations and demonstrations.
- Stay updated on the latest installation and maintenance procedures by collaborating with vendor technicians and installers.

What Experience You Should Bring:
- Drivers License: Valid and in good standing.
- Flexibility: Ability to travel regularly.
- Education/Experience: Two years of electronic technical school or equivalent experience; Associates Degree preferred.
- Training: Completion of a Field Service training program or experience in N/C or P/C service/maintenance.
