Of major duties: Must demonstrate our Customer Service Pledge Must be approachable showing that our guests are our priority Must initiate contact with our guests by being courteous and greeting them with a smile Must be willing to listen to our guests and provide for their needs Must provide a genuine Thank You to every guest Greet guests and assist them as they move through the attraction Listen to customers and provide information to assist them Memorize a short script and speak clearly to an audience Clean and replenish assembly line machines and supplies Minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities required to successfully perform major duties/responsibilities: Must maintain a neat appearance, meet the uniform standards, and follow the Good Manufacturing Practices Guidelines provided at hire Must be able to push, pull, lift, and carry 30 pounds Must be able to walk or stand for 5-8 hours Ability to bend, stoop, and twist Must be capable of vocal performance for a period of 30-60 minute...Attendant, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Hotel, Skills
