Required Skills
* Perform all assembly functions at an acceptable standard level
* Read blueprints, diagrams and schematic drawings to determine work procedures
* Operate hoisting and lifting devices to position machinery and parts during the installation, setup and repair of machinery
* Use Power tools as required
* Reports all damaged goods and or scrap to supervisor
* Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
* Other duties as assigned
Required Experience
* Must have some assembly experience
* Must be able to read and understand shop drawings
* Must be knowledgeable in the use and operation of all hand power tools
* Must be able to understand and carry out written and verbal instructions
* Has some knowledge of proper maintenance of equipment under this classification
* Must be capable of working under minimum amount of supervision
* Able to effectively communicate
* Able to build and maintain lasting relationships
* Flexibility to adjust to shifting priorities and deadlines
* Must have excellent attention to detail.
