Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Monitor and report changes in residents' health status.
Help with mobility and exercises as needed.
Ensure a clean and safe environment for residents.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
Provide compassionate care and emotional support to residents.
Qualifications:
Valid CNA certification in the state of California.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a long-term care facility is preferred but not required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
