Landmark College is seeking an experienced individual for a part-time (20 hours/week), on-site Administrative Assistant to support the operation and administration of the Landmark College Success Center (San Mateo, CA) which serves clients with diverse learning profiles on site and online.

Reporting to the Director of the Success Center, the primary responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant include client management and communications, client enrollment and scheduling, follow-up on payments, webpage editing and updating, and record keeping. Additional responsibilities include supporting events and outreach initiatives, assisting with marketing initiatives, notetaking, and other duties as assigned by the Director or Vice President. The Administrative Assistant will be expected to provide exceptional customer service to clients with diverse learning profiles and their families seeking educational and career services.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred. Interest in working with diverse clientele, in particular individuals with learning disabilities (such as dyslexia), ADHD, and autism. Extensive administrative and secretarial skills with experience in the educational field highly desirable. Excellent communication, editing, and organizational skills required. Experience in using a variety of software programs such as Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Reader or Pro, and CMS (web content management systems). A willingness to work occasional nights and weekends as needed.
