Job Description
Ensures that the hotel and public areas are spotless, fully functional, and aesthetically pleasing for customers.
- Performs all cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and making beds.
- Wipes, polishes, and details specific areas of the hotel.
- Removes debris and trash from areas to keep the physical property in spotless condition.
- Monitors the physical condition of carpeting, upholstery, and other furnishings and equipment in assigned areas, and reports items in need of repair.
- Takes inventory, replenishes toiletries, and other essential supplies.
- Removes trash, recycling, and reports maintenance issues.
- Respects guests privacy by following "do not disturb" signs.
- Inspects rooms as well as common areas to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.

Experience and Skills- High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
- Must have outstanding interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Must have strong attention to detail.
- Must be able to document and articulate information clearly.
- Must be able to walk, bend, lift, kneel, stand, push, and pull, during an 8-hour shift.
- Must be able to work a variety of shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
