Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with a strong background in product design, specifically for B2B applications. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for user-centered design, and the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive and engaging user experiences. This role involves close collaboration with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create seamless and effective interfaces for our B2B solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
User Research & Analysis:
- Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions.
- Analyze user feedback and behavior to enhance user experience.
UI/UX Design:
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Develop intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for B2B applications.
- Ensure designs are aligned with user needs and business goals.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with product managers to understand product requirements and user stories.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Communicate design concepts and solutions effectively to stakeholders.
Usability Testing:
- Conduct usability testing sessions and gather feedback.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and test results.
Design Systems & Standards:
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides.
- Ensure consistency and adherence to design standards across all products.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Design or related field.
- Experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on B2B applications.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your product design work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development is a plus.
