Part-Time Office Administrator

The Office administrator plays an essential role in managing various responsibilities, such as clerical tasks, front desk duties, ensuring the smooth operation of our corporate offices, and delivering exceptional administrative support to various departments within the corporate offices. The role operates in an office environment and will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day office operations, providing administrative assistance, managing office equipment, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • All work assumed is treated with the utmost confidentiality
  • Prepare outgoing mail and packages for courier services as well as sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
  • Provides extensive support to corporate office personnel such as photocopying and scanning documents, electronic and physical filing, presentation assistance or other administrative tasks, as needed
  • Orders corporate office lunches and replenish breakroom snacks, as needed
  • Responsible for procurement of office supplies for our corporate offices
  • Helps with organizing events and celebrations within our corporate office locations
  • Performing minor office cleaning tasks, including conference room tidying, office space organization, and front office area maintenance
  • The role also involves handling office administration tasks and ensuring smooth functioning of the office
  • Scheduling
  • Oversee office operations
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Handling building maintenance requests and queries
  • Office supplies and equipment
  • Preparing presentations and reports
  • Manage vendor relationships
  • Assisting with new employee onboarding
  • This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and printers
  • All other duties assigned
