Job Description: Live Urgent Care is seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Physician to join our team as both a Supervising Physician for Physician Assistants (PAs) and a Collaborative Physician for Nurse Practitioners (NPs). The primary role of this position is to be an on-call resource, providing guidance and support to our providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Supervising Physician for Physician Assistants.
- Act as a Collaborative Physician for Nurse Practitioners.
- Be available on-call to offer clinical guidance and support to PAs and NPs.
- Review and approve patient care plans, ensuring compliance with medical standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide mentorship and professional development for PAs and NPs.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to enhance patient care and improve clinical outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to best practices.

Qualifications:- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family or Emergency Medicine.
- Active and unrestricted medical license in NJ.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a family medicine or urgent care setting.
- Experience supervising Physician Assistants and/or collaborating with Nurse Practitioners.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
