Pick up/take home patients from home/facility and take to appointment. Check fluids in work vehicle. Call patients to confirm pick up times. Secure wheelchair patients safely in company wheelchair vans.
**Qualifications:**
Class E license Social Security card Upon Hire: (paid by company) Drug screen Criminal Background Check First aid/ CPR, PASS Basic, Defensive Drive Courses
