Available Shifts: 2nd: 3pm-12am Monday - Friday, some Saturdays required Pay Rate: $16-$18 /hr. depending on experience Work environment: Bright, clean, climate controlled environment with a new breakroom and cafeteria. Job Description: Imagine Baking, INC. in Sandusky, Ohio is seeking a dependable, efficient Production Lead for the Packaging department. Individual must be able to work well on a team, provide leadership and motivate others in a fast-paced environment, while also being knowledgeable in regards to SQF, GMP, and HACCP standards, as well general food safety and quality guidelines which will be relayed upon employment Requirements:

• Strong leadership, motivating and training skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment while still maintaining accuracy and organization
• Strong problem solving skills
• Basic Math Skills
• Neat and legible handwriting
• Comply with SQF, GMP, HACCP, and food safety guidelines
• Oversee and guide 8-20 staff per line assigned
• Participate in company meetings as needed
• Ability to plan, organize, and effectively manage people
• Dependability with a strong work ethic

Duties may include, but are not limited to: Supervise a staff of 8-20 packers to efficiently package cookies, crackers, biscuits, etc. within company provided guidelines and timelines. Provide training and motivation to ensure production goals are met on a daily basis. Subordinate to the Production Manager and perform other duties as assigned.
