Responsibilities
- Partner with Procurement VP and Executive Director of Indirect Procurement to prioritize and manage projects.
- Plan, manage and execute Procurement projects for direct and indirect spend categories across Duly in collaboration with leadership and associated contracted services and vendors.
- Coordinate and lead planning sessions for project development and execution.
- Manage resource needs to maximize potential for successful execution of projects.
- Define project objectives and scope, identifying involvement of internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct risk analysis to reduce unforeseen obstacles and costs.
- Create detailed schedule, project parameters, and budget expectations.
- Conduct periodic scope, schedule, and cost reviews using industry best practices, to identify needed adjustments.
- Measure project performance and progress throughout project execution.
- Manage client stakeholder expectations to maintain productive and engaged relationships.
- Document project activities, obstacles, costs, and results.
- Provide summarized project plan documentation to departmental managers and other stakeholders as needed.
- Collaborate with and lead teams to deliver results on schedule and within budget limits
- Proactively manage project communication including weekly project notes, trackers/progress reports and other documentation as necessary.
- Attend all required calls/meetings/site tours/discussions.
- Manage related service contracts with Procurement and Operations leadership and other functional leaders within Duly.
- Implement communication strategy around changes in operations and other departments.
- Effectively communicate with business partners, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Must be a self-starter, able to work independently, and manage multiple (often competing) priorities.
Qualifications
- Minimal 7 years of project management experience required, preferably in a clinical setting (clinic, pharmacy, infusion, medical office)
- Familiarity with project management programs and processes
- Strong budget management to minimize project cost overruns
- Ability to set and meet project deadlines while maintaining the highest standards
- Excellent quality analysis and control
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build and train teams, identify the right tasks for each team member, and delegate responsibilities accordingly
- Consistent conflict resolution skills
- Multi-tasking capability to efficiently manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Ability to align with the company's vision and mission

- Data analytical skills to analyze project goals, ongoing metrics, and final results

- High school diploma required
- Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
- Licensure or certification in relevant field is preferred but not required (LEED, PMP, FMP, CFM, SFM specifically; r Six Sigma)
Trade experience helpful but not required.
