JOB SUMMARYThe Sales Purchase Relationship Manager at American Financing is responsible for supporting the sales team in driving mortgage sales through strategic partnerships and ensuring that all parties are aligned throughout the purchase process.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING- 4+ years of Mortgage and customer service experience
- 1+ years previous Management experience
- Must be very detail-oriented, organized and able to meet deadlines
- Microsoft Office Suite experience
- An ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to clearly articulate ideas both verbally and in writing
- Self-motivation, initiative and an ability to work effectively with little supervision
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms including social media and email marketing
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Review and analyze Pre approved pipeline, work closely with Mortgage Consultants and Sales Management that there is great communication between AFC and Real Estate Agents. Identify Areas of Opportunity from Agent Discussions.
- Help develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve mortgage loan volume and revenue targets
- Identify Market Opportunities
- Create, manage, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email) to support sales growth
- Work closely with the Sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goal and initiatives
- Help continuing to build nation realtor relationships and network
