As a
Front Desk Agent, you will:
Shift: 6:00am-2:30pm and flexible hours Pay: $16.00 per hour WE LOVE OUR WORK.:
- Efficiently and effectively check guests in and out, provide information about property events, understand guest requests and respond to guest needs.
- Process guest payments and accounts upon checkout in an efficient, timely, and accurate manner aligned with internal controls.
- Answer internal and external calls in order to answer questions, direct calls or provide general information.
- Operate AS/400 hotel computer system, credit card machine and other office equipment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

- Applicant must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior cash handling is preferred.
- Basic computer and math skills are required and the ability to operate POS systems is strongly preferred.
- Flexibility to varying schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays is strongly preferred.
- Ability to maintain a high level of energy, confidence, and professionalism is strongly preferred.
