**General Summary:**

The Delivery Support Guest Services Staff is responsible for coordinating customer, visitor, and dealer visits to the Honda Aircraft Company for aircraft delivery and maintenance events. In addition to continually reviewing processes and procedures to ensure we are providing the very best customer experience available.

**Duties and Responsibilities:**

- Coordinates with customer facing organizations/individuals within Honda Aircraft Company regarding upcoming customer visits including GTS screening, Facility Access Request, Tour Request and other processes as required.

- Coordinates the arrival and departure of customers in coordination with the Greensboro Service Center, and aircraft delivery events to ensure timely ramp side greetings and departures.

- Coordinates customer needs such as accommodations, transportation - including rental cars, customer gifts, catering, and other items as required.

- Coordinates customer meeting rooms, lounge areas, and individual offices on behalf of the customer.

- Conducts post visit customer satisfaction surveys as appropriate, tracking and evaluating results, and coordinating follow up actions through closure.

- Ability to work non-standard hours in support of specific customer needs or arrival/departures to/from the Customer Service Facility and delivery events.

- Ensures customer areas are well maintained and ready for quick use if required.

- Supports other operations within the Contract administration and delivery teams as directed by management

**Qualifications**

**Education, Work Experience, Certification and/or Licensure:**

- Bachelors degree in General Business or Hospitality preferred.

- Experience in a customer service, or hospitality role strongly desired

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:**

- Visits to the Customer Service Facility can be both planned and unplanned, therefore the Customer Coordination Associate Representative must be able to rapidly change direction and react quickly to meet various customer needs. The ability to multitask and follow up on multiple demands at the same time is a must.

- Meeting/event planning experience with a keen understanding of proper etiquettes and cultural considerations, such as salutations, catering, etc. for both domestic and foreign VIP customer needs.

- Ability to work with diverse personalities.

- Excellent interpersonal skills.

- Excellent customer service skills.

- Excellent Project Management skills.

- Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Lotus Notes).

- Ability to work long hours, including weekends.

**Physical Requirements:**

- Incumbents may be routinely exposed to equipment operational noise heat-cold-dust, and/or aircraft equipment, parts, or fuel odors.

- Incumbents may be required to stand, sit, squat, walk, bend, climb ladders, move, reach, or stretch for prolonged time periods with no restrictions, as required by job duties.

- Work in a safe and professional manner while adhering to all regulatory requirements (FAA, OSHA, DOT, EPA, State, and Federal regulations, etc.).

- Read, hear, speak, and see with no restrictions, as required by job duties.

- Comprehend and adhere to management directions and/or safety instructions with no restrictions.

- Effectively communicate in Business English language.

- Pull, push, carry, lift, or move items up to 10 lbs. throughout the work shift without assistance, as required by job duties.

- Pull, push, carry, lift or move materials/people/items/equipment weighing up to 50lbs or more during the work shift, with the use of Company provided reach assistance technology or movement assist technology (fork-lifts, pallet jacks, pulleys, dollys, robotics reach equipment, people movers etc.), as required by job duties.
