Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Licensure: None
- Experience: Five (5) years of experience in an outpatient or hospital setting is preferred. Experience working with interdisciplinary team with an emphasis on rehabilitation services. Case management skills and/or certification in case management preferred.
