Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Order Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be in charge of accurately and efficiently processing orders while ensuring high customer satisfaction. This is a temporary-to-permanent position.
Responsibilities:
- Process incoming orders promptly and accurately in Blue Cherry system via EDI
- Verify order information for accuracy and completeness
- Communicate with the Sales Team to confirm order details and resolve any discrepancies
- Maintain organized records of orders and customer information
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely order processing
- Effectively Communicate with all levels of the organization
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in clerical or administrative roles
- Proficiency in Excel for data entry and creating pivot tables
- Familiarity with computerized order processing systems
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Basic math skills for order verification
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
