We would count on you to provide care for your residents the way you'd care for the needs of your own family. You would mainly be responsible for providing direct, hands- on nursing care to residents to ensure residents attain or maintain the highest possible physical, mental and emotional well-being. This would include participating in interdisciplinary care plans, admissions and discharges, preparing and administering medication and assisting with high level training for new team members as needed.The salary range is $25.00 - $32.00 per hour based on experience.RequirementsYou will need an active in-state or compact state LPN License, an Associates degree in Nursing and the ability to work independently, have a passion for excellence and compassion for people. If you have experience working with older adults or supervising nursing assistants, great!
