Pentair has a job opportunity for you!
Join us as a Receiving Clerk in our Chardon facility.
You will be handling all inbound shipments and coordinating all incoming receipts, raw materials, and customer returns.

- The anticipated hourly pay range for this role is: $19.50 - $22.50. At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be determined by considering demonstrable level of experience, skills, knowledge, and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs.

More details about the opportunity: - Receive material receipts accurately from various trucking companies and coordinate material flow from arrival to putting away such as unloading incoming materials, clearing pallets and cartons, responsible for transporting materials to other buildings on site.
- Maintain accurate filing of all receipts and documentation such as entering materials into the ERP System and computer files.
- Problem solves any issues that arise using root cause counter measures.
- Must have prior working knowledge of industrial trucks, shipping and receiving software, and product inventory flow.
- Must have prior sit-down forklift (lift truck) experience along with working with ERP systems. (JDE experience is a plus)
- Must be very detail oriented and have a strong attention for detail.
Position hours/shifts: 1st shift: 7:30am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday
Physical Requirements: Physical requirements are standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting, and lowering weights up to 50lbs. Steel toed shoes are required on the distribution floor.
