A bit about us:
My client is a leading contract manufacturer and is looking to add an Industrial Maintenance Manager to their growing team. This person is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site s business goals and objectives.
This role will start off with 75% hands on work and 25% managerial work while they learn the business and the team. Once they know the strengths and weaknesses, the role would be 40% hands on and 60% managerial.

- This is a first shift position. Hours: 7am - 4/4:30pm
- Managing 6-7 individuals across 3 shifts.
Job Details - Read and use electrical diagrams and understand mechanical drawings to troubleshoot issues.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
- Repair and replace electrical components and wiring.
- Maintain critical spare components inventory to support 24-hour operations.
- Coordination of maintenance and repair with production and quality assurance teams.
- Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility s equipment.
- Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production.
