About the Role
The Company is in search of a Head of Fundraising with a focus on public sales. This senior role requires a candidate with a strong background in cryptocurrency fundraising, particularly in leading token sale efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive fundraising strategy, including ICO, IEO, and other token sale mechanisms. Key responsibilities include leveraging existing relationships with token investing collectives, DAOs, and influential telegram groups to build a robust investor base, as well as coordinating with marketing and PR teams to implement effective influencer marketing campaigns. The Head of Fundraising will also manage the entire token sale process, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and will provide strategic guidance on token economics, valuation, and distribution to optimize fundraising efforts.Applicants for this role at the company must have a proven track record of raising a minimum of $20 million for a single blockchain project, and possess an extensive network and strong relationships within the cryptocurrency and token investing community. Experience in working with cryptocurrency exchanges and launchpads to facilitate token listings and distribution is essential. The role demands a candidate who can monitor and report on fundraising progress, and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders. Strategic thinking, the ability to drive success in fundraising, and a deep understanding of the DeFi and cryptocurrency market are all key attributes for the ideal candidate.
