Minimum Education:
Work Experience: - Previous experience in mailroom operations or related administrative roles is preferred.
Job Duties: - Sort and deliver mail throughout the Empire State Plaza and 146 State Street.
- Open, read, sort, and deliver all incoming postal and UPS mail for the Albany office.
- Process UPS and other ground mail through the OGS mail facility using tracking assistants and other related AG shipping equipment.
- Process outgoing mail and packages using postage machines and other related AG shipping equipment.
- Operate all high production copy machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and maintaining copy machines.
- Take primary responsibility for ordering supplies from the warehouse and organizing supply cabinets.
- ssist in the receiving and shipping of office materials.
- Must be able to lift and carry a box up to 50 pounds.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Preferred Skills: - ttention to detail in sorting and delivering mail accurately.
- Familiarity with postage machines and other shipping equipment.
- Basic computer skills for tracking and processing mail.

- Effective communication skills for coordinating with colleagues and suppliers.
Misc. Information: - Shift Days/Times: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (37.5 Hours)
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Valid driver's license is a requirement for the role.
