**Description/Job Summary**
At 84 Lumber, we are **Immediately hiring** anoutdoor LumberyardAssociate. You will build loads for deliveries that empowers the American dream. Your work loading the supplies enables the commercial construction for homes and businesses. We are located at 122 Mccutcheon Lane.
**Schedule:** 6am-5pm Monday-Friday. Lots of overtime available!
**Pay:** $12/hr. Plus 8 hours of OT/Time and a half

**Work Environment**
This position requires working in a highly precarious place and near moving mechanical parts. This position requires working outdoors and being exposed to wet, humid, extremely hot or extremely cold conditions. This position is exposed to vibrations, risk of electrical shock, airborne particles and toxic chemicals.
**Physical Demands**
Requires frequent standing, walking, hearing, use of hands and arms, grasping, handling, feeling, climbing, balancing, crawling, stooping kneeling, crouching, and lifts up to 80 pounds. Rarely this position will be sitting.
**Responsibilities/Duties**
**What you will be doing:**
* Load and unload lumber and building supplies
* Operate a forklift (we will train/certify you)
* Keeps lumber yard clean, well-organized

**Required Skills**
* Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos; write simple correspondence; effectively present information to others one-on-one.
* Ability to apply common sense understanding and carry out simple one or two-step instructions.
**Required Experience**
* High school diploma or equivalent; or 1 to 3 months related experience or training.
* Previous experience working in a lumber yard or similar.
* Forklift operation experience strongly preferred.
