Job Details

Position
Seeking a Custodian to maintain a clean, healthy atmosphere for the interior of Wagner Hall, Kimbrough Hall, Handy Hall, The STEM Lab, Gym, North Hall, Cafeteria and Campus Grounds.
Cleans and stocks all bathrooms daily
Sweeps, vacuums, and empties waste baskets in classrooms daily
Keeps sidewalks swept and trash cans emptied daily
Cleans and disinfects trash cans weekly
Cleans offices and classrooms daily
Cleans the doors, windows, and walls as needed.
Shampoos carpets as needed
Strip and wax floors, as necessary

Requirements
Criminal background and abuse clearances

Qualifications
Experience with adolescent youth, preferred
Strong organizational skills
Strong people skills
