This position will work on a three-person shipping and receiving team to process incoming and outgoing material and products. Typical products include interior/exterior doors, windows, wood, completed custom retail store fixtures, and other related materials and products.
A Warehouse Associate at Chandler is responsible for:
- Preparing orders and loading trucks for shipping.
- Using an ERP system to print purchase orders (POs) and verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments and orders.
- Inspect incoming shipments and products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Pull products from the warehouse and deliver them to the production team.
- Conduct kitting and production material fulfillment.
- Organize space efficiently to optimize warehouse operations.
- Using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Collect trash and ensure disposal processes are followed.
Requirements
To be a successful Warehouse Associate at Chandler, you will possess the following qualifications: - Experience in a warehouse setting with 2-3 years of hands-on distribution, loading and unloading trucks, and the ability to flow with the pace of work in our warehouse.
- Highschool Diploma
- Fork lift certification
- Independently lift up to 50lbs
- Standing 75% of the time accompanied with bending, twisting, kneeling, squatting and reaching above shoulder level and below knee level
