Job Title: Room Attendant Reports to: Executive Housekeeper
Department: Housekeeping
POSITION SUMMARY
The Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning and supplying all assigned guest rooms/suites according to the standards established by the hotel.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Duties:
1. Cleans assigned rooms/suites daily according to company standards, including vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors; dusting, brushing, polishing and vacuuming furniture; dusting and cleaning room decorations, appliances and structural surfaces; cleaning showers, tubs, sinks and bathrooms items; making beds, removes used and replaces guest room amenities as necessary, etc.
2. Provides information to guests about hotel services, facilities and other available amenities in a courteous, accurate manner.
3. Reports all room maintenance items to supervisor or Manager

Responsibilities Cleans Guest rooms as per the Hilton Standards. Eye for Detail on cleaning and ensuring rooms looks welcoming and fresh.
Qualifications- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred
- Attention to detail
- Previous customer service experience
- Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
