Tuvoli is currently seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Specialist who is passionate about aviation technology and will help us build relationships with our customers while supporting our technology products. Tuvoli is a new and innovative platform for the private jet industry. By integrating a feature-rich charter booking tool set with an entirely new way to facilitate instant and secure payments, Tuvoli has changed how the charter industry looks at transaction execution. An ideal candidate will ensure a high level of quality, quickly become a product expert, and advocate for user experience.
Job Description & Responsibilities
The Customer Success Specialist role requires confidence in the ability to multi-task and speak to a wide demographic of people inside the aviation industry. Specific activities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Assist in onboarding charter operators and brokers to the platform
  • Implementation and training of users through the Tuvoli products
  • Continued support to ensure user adoption and product visibility
  • Respond promptly, courteously, and knowledgeably to customer service inquiries for issues such as troubleshooting or product usage questions. Utilize our Zendesk to capture and track instance for solution and escalation, as necessary
  • Achieve first-call resolutions while always maintaining a friendly, patient demeanor over the phone with our customers
  • Communicate with exemplary interpersonal skills in the workplace
  • Comfort with technology and ability to provide technical answers in an understanding and helpful manner
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships on behalf of the Tuvoli brand
  • Help with testing the product and acting as a user advocate
  • Self-starter, ambitious and driven
  • On call is shared by all team members (volume is currently low but will increase over time)

Education and Experience
  • Bachelors or equivalent work experience
  • Strong people skills- approachable, empathetic, helpful
  • Strong Attention to Detail
  • Must have strong skills in nurturing relationships
  • Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving and time management skills
  • Zendesk experience a plus
  • Experience in aviation is ideal, but not required.
  • Prior experience in customer service or sales
  • Ability to travel occasionally to customers and other offices or industry events
